This 14” Happy New Year art tissue hanging decoration is an actual vintage Beistle product. This product has been in a climate controlled stock room since 1998. The copyright date is printed on the sealed, never opened package. We have been a distributor for the Beistle company since the 1920’s, therefore we have stock of many actual vintage “like new” Beistle products that have never been sold on a retail basis. Perfect for collectors!
